Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Charges

- 30+ days before departure: 25% of total cost- 20 - 29 days before departure: 50% of total cost- 19 days or less before departure: 100% of total cost (No refund)

2. Prepone/Postpone Policy

- Free rescheduling if requested 15+ days before travel.- Second reschedule will incur additional charges.- Some vendors (hotels, transport) may charge extra.

3. Refund Processing

- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.- If a refund needs to be issued manually via bank transfer, it will be processed to the following account:

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued in cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters) or no-shows.
